Press the options button on PS4, and it'll be a live pause. Wait a few seconds, resume the game. Then wait for about 30 seconds more. It should resolve itself.

I’ve had it happen a few times. Try to wait it out. I tend to hit the home key and then try to get back in the game. Don’t close it out because you’ll be screwed then.

As you simply able to unsync your game because they have NO memory protection at all. EA's fault.
