tbh it'd be super easy to do a Prem hybrid. Just start in a 4-4-2, 4-5-1, or 4-3-3 and get a few good links from Prem players and then build out the rest with your leagu eof choice.

Messi Neymar CR7 Mbappe Aguero From the ones I've used. Danglish was fantastic in a draft. If he had a little more pace he would be in every top team.
