Bruh, I filed 3 different cases because of the same thing, I played over 100 games and it still says play more. Their response is alway "play more until it unlocks" or they copy paste that stupid webs..

Also @EA_Andy can you help with this at all? Maybe a nudge in the right direction as I'm clearly getting absolutely nowhere with this. Staff telling me a week has 8 days, on day 9 of the ban is an act..
