Same thing here and I played nearly 200 games (SB, new game mode, Rivals & FUT champs) and bought stuff on market through console and all I get is a generic message when raising a case.

600 daily XP x 9 days = 5400 New objectives will be here on Friday so that's another ~15-20k. Usually they're easily doable by just playing the game, but I'd complete what you can until new objectives..

Try both. Change your custom tactics put Long Ball on Attacking, then set Ultra Attacking to Fast Build Up with everything else left the same. Play one half with long ball then another half with fast ..
