Only player worth anything over 100k is Ramos and Messi who I packed 1st owner so don't plan on selling him anytime soon. All my other players are under 30k each.

I just had this problem myself! My last game I was on 17 wins and needed the 18 to get the player pick. I scored a header with KDB and it turned off the game and sent me back to the home menu

Award multiplier decreases, seems fair to me. Only problem with me is when server issues occur and you get kicked out but still get punished.
