I have tolisso as a CDM paired up with makelele and I actually like him. He has scored some crazy longshots and feels very strong. Just a bit clunky sometimes.

I think it’s more surprise than hype. It’s basically a no brainer if you’ve got a load of untradeables to complete it. He’ll be useful at some point no doubt.
