Keep your formation but set your wing backs to stay back on attack along with your CDM. Make sure your CDM is high defensive work rate also and you should be good

Not used him this year, but have used all 3 versions on previous years. Being a Bolton fan it's the law to use him. 87 is worst of the 3. He's great for skilling obvs, but otherwise the 85 is better ..
