On the login verification code, it's saying it will send a code! However the email address provided is not mine! How do I change it!?

I have the same problem with the incorrect email address and no way of changing also same problem with fifa 19 , doesn't seem to be anyway of contacting anybody by phone either

@MelonJWR Exact same problem here. Emailed a bunch of people a few days ago have got nothing back. Will probably just get the game refunded.
