Looks like a 10 year old wrote it. Even if it existed, it wouldn't be that black and white. Until someone posts actual proof from an actual source I tend to say it’s fake.

That ini file doesn't actually exist, someone likely made it up, which isn't difficult as an ini file is a plain text file which pc users can alter to effect the game themselves, the only ini files th..
