Buying a Hunter using the Web or Phone app is almost impossible as it seems to lag slightly behind using console. Best bet is to buy a player with the consummable already applied (if you're lucky you'll find a player that is actually cheaper with a Hunter applied than buying another player and paying 5k for a Hunter).

Otherwise u just gotta sit on your console and spam searches until you get one. Maybe it'll take 5 min, maybe 5 days.
