Kondogbia changed as it was a live card.
I think anyway, could be wrong, but cards like Marlos didn't change in the past.
I think Marlos changed within the same game year.
Other less popular players like Malli (Germany to Turkey) were only updated much later. Don't think Traore falls into that category.
