The best choice here is to contact EA Customer Support directly via Phone or Live Chat. It would be much more efficient and faster than contacting them via e-mail.
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/, and in order to get in touch with someone via Live Chat or get a call back, follow these steps:
1. Set your country to US;
2. Click on "Help with a Game";
3. Choose your game and platfrom;
4. Then select your topic;
5. Then click on "Select contact option";
6. And now you can choose if you want to contact EA's support through a Live Chat or get a call back from them.
