I did the same thing but there is no need to run netflix check ur router , mine got this QOS setting where u assign ps4 ip and set speed limit i was testing today download 0.75 mbps and upload set at 0.75 mbps game play improved drastically im 4 and 0 in fut champs and won 6 out of 8 with untradable bundesliga average team in rivals dev. 4
