I'm having the same issue.  I've uninstalled the game, removed my profile and even factory reset my Xbox 1.  It still does it after re-install and re download of profile. Even if I sign into a friends Xbox with my profile it does it.

The only functioning workround I have is to sign in under another profile, go to the Profile Manager section of Fifa 20, then Profile Management and change back to my profile there.

Its becoming a bit frustrating having to do this every day.  Is there another permanent solution?
