That worked for me. Why I have no idea as to the sensitvity of language on Captcha. Restart the game with a language selection of French and then try to play UT. Once Captcha cleared then relog back in with your preferred language.
Nevertheless, can any one at EA explain why we need Captcha? Seems stupid to me. I mean I can buy coins anytime with out ever a problem, but I can't play a match without first prooving that I can spin a Donkey?
