I have the same problem, I tried reinstalling origin, flushing dns, clean booting, deleting cache and signing in with both email and user ID. Thought I'd try creating another account, that doesn't work as well. 

I tried to contact support like 3-4 days ago, they are clueless and told me the same thing I read on forums. But now I can't even reach them since like two days, it says "Sorry, no available channels".
