I'm having same issue and have contacted ea 3 times 1st time they sent me to Nintendo but all my other games operate fine online except fifa 20 but I called nintendo anyway and they sent me back to ea the second time ea put me on hold then hung up which is frustrating cuz it takes 1.5 hours for them to call been trying to get in contact with them ever since it seems this is a rare situation I only found a few cases like this in hq and none have been resolved can we please get some help ea
