Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In FUT central tells me my rewards are ready. When I click, it says servers unavailable. Claimed my rivals rewards without issue

How can servers not be available for claiming FUT champs rewards. I’ve claimed rivals rewards. And played online games in rivals. What’s going on?
