Yes, I sent an email to the TOS Team and they stated that ban was given to me correctly. I understood that and I just waited whole week (7 days stated in email shown as attachment) AND I STILL CANNOT PLAY THE GAME. Should I send another email to TOS Team or maybe my ban suddenly became lifelong?
