I had same issues for long time and noticed on my dads xbox and tv its alot smoother and faster. So i decided to tune down from 4k to 1080 and i also googled it and people said if you adjust your tv settings, or factory reset it makes the game smoother. I did and only thing i changed from factory reset is the warm look to a more blueish natural look and gave it a run, made the game 5v faster and reactive
