How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When achieving the 75 skills move challenge in career and winning a new skill star, having already 5 make them drop to 0
What happens when the bug occurs? My skills stats are reset to 0
What should be happening instead? Let them at 5

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a striker in career mode and complete 75 skills moves
What happens when the bug occurs? My skills stars drop to 0, making the game unplayable
What should be happening instead? Probably not reset my players stars
