I have had the same thing, I have had 10 out of my starting 11 disappear overnight, many squad players too! I have logged a case with EA to be told there is nothing they can do as they cannot see any errors or fradulent looking activity.
I am trying to escalate this issue through a complaints procedure, but at the moment, I am struggling to find a route!
