Same problem here. This is ridiculous, possibly the worst user experience ever. It is very broken and I can see other posts about it from 3+ years ago so it seems that EA doesn't think this through. Allow us to login manually by entering our EA account info. Being smart and trying to force the login for what it thinks my account is must be flawed when the database is full of bot submitted data.

I created an EA account which matches my gamertag and uses my email and login on the website, but accessing via Xbox still shows the same .ru email.
