I have this same problem, I have played around 300 games and made sure I have played every game mode and it still hasn't opened! Complete nonsense that EA cannot do anything about it as the servers are "automatic". Surely if this is the case and nothing can be done about it, some sort of compensation is due as we are missing out on a major part of the game. Personally, I'm looking forward to getting PES next year.
