I bought FUT point but never got them credited in the game. EA service support is utterly useless. I mean really really bad. Mails from a noreply address. No option to call them. Just stating that the largest online reseller in my country is an unauthorized seller which is nonsense but hey, what does this support person in India know? I have bought my last EA game. It's not about the bloody 20 bucks that I lost, it is just frustrating that they don't care. Bye.
