The reason your case is getting resolved is that you're constantly resuming it to ask for an update. This pulls it out of the queue so an advisor won't see it. Then, after several days it automatically closes. Please submit another case here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. Then, leave it alone. Don't touch it. If you want an update, open a new case or Tweet @EAHelp and they will look into the status for you. Thanks!
