Hey @dpondash can I ask where it gets stuck? Is it on the initial game loading screen or on the menus?
Do you see an error message of any kind when this issue occurs?
Can you try repairing the game, you can do this by right-clicking on the game tile in your My Game Library and selecting Repair. This will check your files for any issues and should it find any fix them.
