UPDATE: After 90 minutes of sitting on chat, while the 'specialist team' looked at my issues, they could offer nothing more than sit and wait and hope it sorts itself out.

While I can't fault the efforts of the chat person in trying to ask the right people, I am frustrated by the fact no resolution has been offered, nor any compensation for over 90 minutes of lost gaming time on chat (which is one of the few free times I have to play multiple games these days). 

Is there anyone out there who has had the same thing or who can identify the issues.
