Yesterday, I achieved x2 objectives season progress level 27 objective and daily objectives, however I didn't receive the pack. Contacted EA live chat - amazingly they accepted a problem and said they would rectify the problem - and I would receive my packs.  Contacted them after 24 hours and nothing, just transferred from advisor to advisor until I was transferred back to the same advisor who denied the conversation happening.....
