PC stürzt ab (windows)

Mein PC mit Windows stürzt ab, wenn ich ein Spiel starte (in jedem Modus wie zB: Karriere). Er stürz immer nach 2-4 spielen ab. Dann kommt immer die Fehlermeldung das ein Fehler ist und der PC neustarten muss.
