First off, im horrific at defending at the moment and im in and out of devision 7 and 8 but its shooting that im here asking for help for. Im trying to maual defend and im doing that to try and get good at that and i lose a lot because im not quite good at that yet. I usually only ever play squad battles in the fut mode but this year, actually this week i decided to jump into dr properly and i cannot buy a goal. My attacking is quite decent and i create good chances but when i get in front of goal and shoot its a s*** show, either the shot is so weak it just arrives straight into the goalies arms or its saved regardless of what button i press or hold. The only goals ive scored are at an open goal. Ive lost the last 12 games in a row and in over half of them ive had over double the shots my opponent has had and over double on target yet my opponent has won to nil except a couple games where i got tap in open goals. There was one game where i had 17 shots and 12 on target and opponent had 4 shots, 3 on target and i lost 3-0. Ive seen them shoot from a stationary postition and the ball goes into my top corner like it was shot from a cannon, obviously they know something i dont. What am i doing wrong? Please help 😞
