Can’t connect
Have been unable to connect to EA servers for the last 2 days. Tried on wireless and hardwired connection, also reinstalled the game and still having issues connecting to the servers.
PLEASE HELP!

@EA_Aljo Hi I am also facing the same problem, I am unable to connect to EA servers on FIFA ultimate team using my LAN connection.. It takes several attempts to get connected even if I get connected the connection is not very stable. I don't have any problem using my mobile hotspot. I follow the instruction you have just mention I power cycle my entire equipment I open ports and I also change my DNS nothing works. The problem is in for more than 3 weeks now kindly help.

EVERY TIME I LOAD UP FIFA IT ASKS FOR A VERIFICATION CODE TO AN EMAIL I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. WHY CANT I LOAD FIFA? It’s been Months!!!! I need help. EA you suck for being 0 help and having this be your problem to your account.

Hi there, @jakepeoples1.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. If that doesn't help, tell me what system you're playing on and we'll go through some more troubleshooting. Thanks!
