FUT Friendly Seasons Ruined
Just thought I would post on here to express some frustration with FIFA 20 Ultimate Team's new version of friendly seasons. I have poured countless hours into FUT over the past five or so years, the vast majority of which have gone into playing friendly seasons with my buddies. After all this time, the way that FIFA 20 has ruined the fun of playing online against your friends has me thinking it might be time to quit.
First off, online friendly matches no longer count towards your record or player stats which makes them feel completely pointless. On top of that, they don't even affect player fitness which removes any strategy that it used to take to be able to beat your friends in a season. Lastly, EA no longer shows your friends squad while the game is loading which eliminates the fun of seeing your opponents new signings or formation change. With all of this together, online games against friends are completely meaningless and that takes away most of the fun! What I don't understand is why EA felt the need to make all of these changes to this awesome game mode and make it into a meaningless joke!
Just wanted to know if anyone else is feeling similar frustrations or if EA might do anything about it!

They have removed quite a bit of personal stuff from the game, like kits in rivals, and replaced them with Tifos of Krakens and brains. Worse not better.
I am missing 19. In fact may go and play a few on there today, probably runs very smooth now

If I hadn't invested in the ultimate edition I would definitely go back to 19.

I agree! You are clearly a much better, more experienced FUT player than me, but I see things the same way. They made additions in the form of Mystery Ball, King of the Hill, etc. but that is no reason to change the vanilla mode!

I agree, specially seeing their squad before the match starts. It's so dumb now.
