To whom it may concern,

i would just like to discuss some issues I received this morning whilst playing the ‘Fut Champions’ game mode on Fifa 20. The first issue is when playing the first game I scored early in the game , after around the 4-5 minutes mark ingame the game disconnected and the match was reviewed. Straight after this Fifa 20 gave me the loss, i would like to enquire into this and why? My second issue is throughout the games I have played ive encounted players ‘sticking’ an explanation of this is when switching from player A to player B , player A would continue running/jogging off the pitch without being under my control. This put me at a major disadvantage on a competitive game mode due to game mechanics . I had doubts and believed it could be done to a controller issues however after changing controllers on numerous occasions, then i thought it would be a connectivity issue which then I played a offline game which the issue occurred again. I would like to know what will happen with these regarded issues and what is compensation will be offered. Kind Regards, George
