Someone has hacked my account sony knows that my account got hacked but my ea account haven’t still back because i can’t change nothing

Hello all.
So this morning when I've entered my ultimate team app on mobile, I've noticed that my acc has been hacked. My High rated players were sold during the night, all my money disappeared, and, I don't know what to do now... Can somebody help me please?!

I had this issue in wednesday. Every tradeables player in my squad gone. All my coins. All live support done was give me the average value of 5 players I had in my squad. Not to mention I am now down 2000 players, all consumables and absolutely everything.
I missed out on 3 days of content and game. Missed out on objectives
not. Good. Enough. EA.

My ea account was recently hacked, the hacker sold all my players resulting in a transfer market ban I contacted EA submitting a case but no one has gotten back to me! I love this game but how am I suppose to get better without being able to buy new players since now I'm starting from scratch? Please help!!

If you fall for these things you need your head checked. I presume English isn't your first language going on that monstrosity of a sentence, do you really think random punters on the forum can help you? Go on the EA live chat and hope for the best.

@crispoolp Hi, its not a problem i contacted them but i am waiting over a month and i missed a lot of objectives and sbc in that time, they could at least respond something and get me back players and coins. I lost all tradeables which was a lot of players

If you think your account was hacked we can't make really something on this community forum.

At the end, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Let's make sure your security steps are updated. Follow these steps below:
- Update your EA login information and add some security measures to your EA account:
- Reset your password,
- Set-up tough security questions in place.
- Ensure you have Login verification/Two-factor authentication set-up and
Use these EA Help articles to update and manage your details and security options: "How to update your EA Account information", and "How to help manage your account security and safety".
- Update the login information and update the security on connected accounts: This step is also important to do as there are other accounts connected to your EA account and you will want to make sure they are also protected. Examples of connected accounts are your registered email address, Xbox, PSN or Nintendo. Check in and update the security features you have in place on those accounts to ensure all is up to date and protected.
If you need assistance, have concerns or are missing any content, please reach out to our support team asap. Keep in mind that we're experiencing longer queues than normally (see here for more) but an EA Help support agent will be in touch with you as soon as they can be.
