Hi all, I have the same issue like others . Yesterday i buy the game and after the instalation i run it but appears a black screen then the game crash .Here is my DXDiag. Please help me i wanna play !!!

@goshan Were you able to fix it,
I actually googled it at I saw it’s possible that our pc specs might not be good enough to get the game running
I’ve been trying to contact ea
And I’ve not gotten any reply ,
I have no idea what to do
All Ik is if it’s impossible to work
I should be able to get a refund and get a game of a lesser expected spec
