Fifa 20 stolen account

A few months ago I tried to play Fifa online and couldn't log in as the linked email was no longer mine email. The prompt gives me no way to correct my email or xbox account and it is very frustrating since I bought the game to play it online

First, you need to fill out the webform to get the email back :

Then you should see this link for info on steps to take if your account is compromised:
