Error 0x8027025a on Xbox One FIFA 20

I bought the game but it doesn’t want to load. It will show the error For Some reason FIFA 20 has taken too long to start (0x8027025a). I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still shows the error. Can it be that my Xbox has not been updated in 3 years?

Any suggestions welcome

Hi @Maxamilion2,

You're probably going to need to update the console for the game to launch.

You can try this first if it's more convenient - from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. If that fails, you'll need to update.
