I have been banned from transfer market and have opened a case and it says that they will contact me within 72 hours , it’s now almost been 4 days and I have had no reply , the picture attached is my case 

could anyone help with what it means by “in progress” and “updated “ at the certain times because it keeps updating but I’m getting no information or contact from EA
