Account hacked. Please help
Last Sunday my account got hacked and I lost tradeable prime icon Didier Drogba. I e-mailed to support but I didn't got an answer. I lost over 1 million coins. Live chats aren't available. What can I do to get my player back?

So I contacted with EA by live chat on 14th April. Employee said : "I got the approval of getting back your content. But the value of that player you lost is very high and beyond my limitation so in this case i will need to escalate this case to specialist team and they will add the content back to your account". I still didn't get my player back. How long will it take to get him back?

Did you manage to get your player back?
My club got hacked and they sold all of my trade-able players pretty much above 77 rating, they also sold over 200 contracts and squad fitnesses, rendering the game pretty much unplayable!
would be good to know if you got your player back though.
