unknown email verification
i play fifa 20 i dont know why i have a unknown email look like this zm*****emlhub.com was sign into my gamerID
p/s: i was contact to EA already they said the case was resolved and i didnt see anything btw my gamerID is tina797 if it hard to do it you can help me to log out of the fifa 20 i will created a new one its doesnt matter if i loss it but can you try for me
please reply for me asap because it very uncomfortable to play without online

i have an issue look like him can't log out or log in can you fix it for me asap cause it very annoying btw i contact ea alot and didnt see any solution

I'm having same issue and have contacted ea 3 times 1st time they sent me to Nintendo but all my other games operate fine online except fifa 20 but I called nintendo anyway and they sent me back to ea the second time ea put me on hold then hung up which is frustrating cuz it takes 1.5 hours for them to call been trying to get in contact with them ever since it seems this is a rare situation I only found a few cases like this in hq and none have been resolved can we please get some help ea

Hey @holicgg1201 I'm not sure what the issue is, is it that you do not recognise the email associated with your EA Account?
Are you able to update your account details?
