Fifa email says suspended in game it says permanent ban?

So I got an email saying I have breached EA rules for having a name I found on an EA fan page, yet instead of asking me to rename it I have had an email stating my account is suspended for 72 hours ( see attached )

I went to see if I can play any fifa 20 and it states a permanent ban.

which is it?

how do I go about changing this?

i have emailed with no reply?

It says I’ve been permanently banned after waiting 72 hours than said you’ve been permanently banned I don’t get it I’ve done nothing

Hi mate i have the same problem, in this time did u ever try to log on in the companion app, if so did it say your details expired.

Also did the problem get resolved as im worried ive lost my account

It's a 72 hour ban, afterwards you will have a new club name automatically assigned to you.
