Disconnection and loss in Fut Champions after a win
Hi EA,
I was playing FUT Champions and I won 2 games in a row. But after each game when I wanted to continue to the main menu, I get a connection loss... I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. So I restart ultimate team and it says that I lost the game.
What’s this problem? Am I the only one? Please EA fix this.. and give me my wins that I deserve..
I was playing 5 out of 5, but because of this nonsense 3 out of 5.

I also had this issue. I just won a game 5-2 and the whistle was blown, it shows all the replays for all the goals, the players all walk off the pitch and then the game just stops and says that I disconnected and counted as a loss even though the game was finished.

I have also had three disconnects that I was winning so at the least I think you should give me back three games

it’s not a problem with my connection.. but I will not agree that I will have these 2 losses.. it’s completely unfair. I hope you understand and give us the wins we deserved.

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
