Highly Unsatisfied with my game

It has been 3 weeks since I’ve played fifa 20. This isn’t due to the fact that my issue has not been resolved.

My game still freezes when trying to connect for serves. The helpers have been kind to offer help but non of their methods work.

Since then I have deleted to game and just recently reinstalled go cheek up in it. And nothing had changed.

I am not happy. I have wasted my money. Not even 2 months into the game and this happens. I missed FUT birthday and I’m am disappointed.

@EA_Darko I am not having connection issues. If it will help you I have done these steps:

1. I have tried using Safe Mode to rebuild databases.

2. I have tried basic troubleshooting steps. Such as, reconnecting router, moving the router closer to ps4.

3. In fifa, I have deleted the files which means I no longer have an Ultimate team.

4. I tried the Liverpool team change.

I have not tried a UOTrace. I will gladly accept this help.

It REALLY does suck because I am missing out on so many rewards a prices I can get. FUT birthday, rewards, Challenges, I have fell behind and I am really frustrated. Usually I would not mind small problems but I cannot work around this and I do not want to cause more issues. I do not want to ask for a refund just yet I believe theirs still hope.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @hsasaki5. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
