Refund Policy

I have playing this game since 94. I am not a newbie.There are a lot of mods to test. My pro club mode doesn't work. There are many problems in career mode. I could test game not by days,by weeks. And I don't want this broken game. Why refund policy work for a couple of hours? Ea, I had to love you,but you can't make good,solid games anymore. I want a refund.
