Hi  my account was suspended on the 1st november for 7 days but today is the 16th november and i still have no access to fifa ultimate team or online modes  outside of FUT.

I have attempted to contact EA on several occasions because i just want to play! I am not disputing the suspension but i have spent £494 on this game in the first 6 weeks! (fifa points) Every minute that i am locked out of FUT i am missing out on content and that's not right when i was informed that i would be able to log back into ultimate team after 7 days!

@EA_Darko  could i get any help with this? I'm not even sure EA understand my issue and i have spent  3 hours last night waiting in the phone queue and again 3 hours this afternoon only to be cut off both times!
