Unable to Verify A/C. Already has Case File. Please HELP

Hi EA,

I currently have a on going case file I would like to chase up. I just purchased Fifa 20 and can’t play it as it asks for me to auth a/c and shows a unknown email. I’ve been in touch and you’ve sent me a code to my console directly asking for it. I sent that back and waiting for a fix/response. Please help! I’ve already been through the authentication process in case file
