Fifa crashed on my last WL game
My fifa crashed after I started my last game for Fut Champions, which was gonna be the game that decided if I stayed at Silver 1 or went through to Gold 3, it was a really important game for me and I am very upset that I didn't even get the chance to play that game, especially because my team was superior to my rival team.

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.

Thank you for the fast response, the game was recorded as a loss even though we didn't even kick-off, in what circumstances is it possible to replay the game? I was really looking forward to that game.
