Hello if your on xbox and based in the UK this will work for you on your xbox for playstation you can give it a go aswell but I don't know if it will work. 

Go to Settings, network settings then advanced settings/ DNS settings type:

1.1.1.1

1.0.0.1

This has got me onto fut no issues with crashing but I'm yet to play any games this post is for people who don't know how to navigate/ create the DNS cheers
