Basically my account was hacked, lost all my coins(730k) and most of my tradeable players. Ea support cannot help me recover what I lost because they cannot find the records on my account proving I had this much coin and the players I know are missing. Based on what they found out they could only top up my account by 100k after talking to the 5th person on live support. The problem is the players I lost did not exist on my account as per ea support. For eg, I bought Saul headliner 87 rated for 72k or 73k on the 22nd of january,  no record of it so they could not help me. On the fut companion app I can see that 79 and lower rated players were quicksold so higher than that must have been through the transfer market. A majority of my squad is untradeable, I was hoarding the coins till at least the February refresh. Attached is the picture of my squad on the 22nd of January when I bought Saul but as ea support stated there is no record of it on their system.
